Financial Policy
If you do not have insurance, full payment is expected at the time of service.
Insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company, not our office. We will file claims to your insurance company and wait 45 days for payment. If payment is not received by then, you are expected to take care of your balance and contact your insurance company. We will do our best to help you get benefits from your insurance company; however, you always remain responsible for your account.
We do have several payment options for our patients depending on the type of care that is needed. (Some options require credit verification/approval.) Please feel free to ask one of our administrative staff to explain these options to you should you be interested. Payment arrangements must be made in advance of the appointment that will incur the cost.
For your convenience we accept cash, check or any major debit or credit cards (Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard.) If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. They can be reached at (816) 444-8822.
